In the constantly changing world of work – especially in international purchasing – you need someone who keeps a cool head and manages your purchasing team. As an Interim Manager, I take a modern and strategic approach.

For my vision to give purchasing a new role in companies I am working worldwide. I have more than 25 years experience in international purchasing. More than 20 years of this in the toughest procurement market in the world: purchasing in the automotive industry. Since 2006 I have been working as a freelance consultant in this sector. Worldwide I support the automotive manufacturers and their suppliers as a consultant and Interim Manager. I am familiar with all international locations of the automotive industry: whether USA, Mexico, China and Europe. In order to be methodically up to date, I have completed further training with certification in agile methods: EXIN Agile Scrum and Product Owner.

As an Interim Manager, I am usually called in when projects are at a dead end, are
almost mired in mud and someone is needed very quickly to straighten things.
